Leonardo da Vinci Leonardo da Vinci was an Italian Renaissance polymath, painter, sculptor, architect, musician, mathematician, engineer, inventor, anatomist, geologist, cartographer, botanist, and writer. He born on April 15, 1452 and died May 2, 1519 at the aged of 67. He was know because of his famous art that he did like the Mona Lisa and the Last Supper some of his most famous paintings of the world.
